About Toni Palmer
North Idaho Isn’t Just Where I Work. It’s Where I Chose to Build My Life.
I moved here with my own family about eight years ago, after living in Southern California and the Seattle area. That experience shapes how I help people buy, sell, and relocate today: with honest information, strong communication, local context, and no pressure.
My Story
I Know What It Feels Like to Look at North Idaho From the Outside.
Before moving here, I lived in Southern California and the Seattle area. About eight years ago, I made the move to North Idaho with my family, so I remember the questions that come before the boxes: where should we live, how are the communities different, what can we realistically expect, and is this move right for us?
That experience is a big part of why I love working with relocation clients. I don’t just want to help someone find a house. I want to help them understand North Idaho and find the community, property, and lifestyle that actually fit what they’re looking for.
Before real estate, I spent 14 years as a professional photographer, photographing weddings throughout the United States and internationally in places including Italy, Austria, Iceland, and Mexico. That career taught me how much communication, detail, visual storytelling, and client experience matter. Those same skills now shape the way I guide buyers and present homes for sellers.
Family is a huge part of who I am. I’m a mom of six and a grandmother of five, and two of my children have served in the military. Home, community, relationships, and trust are not abstract ideas to me. They are the reason I take this work personally.
How I Help
Real Estate Is Personal. The Strategy Should Be Too.
Client Stories
Honest Information. Strong Communication. Someone in Your Corner.
That is the standard I want every client to feel, whether they are moving across town or across the country.
